N'CHOX SERIES - COCOA BUTTER SUBSTITUTES (CBS)
A premium grade cocoa butter substitute (CBS) made from fractionated and hydrogenated palm kernel fat that contains high levels of lauric tryglycerides in its composition.
Advantages of using N'Chox are:

This is a non-tempering fat with an excellent sharp and complete melting at body temperature

It can be used to retard the oiling off in the margarine as it acts a crystallising agent and used for the manufacture of fabric softeners.
