We organise regular activities, trips and excursions for staff in an effort to foster better ties and interaction between employees. Our latest staff retreat was a weekend voyage to the stunning Island of Tioman on the East Coast of Malaysia. This trip encapsulated wellbeing activities as well as some team building sessions. A BBQ evening inspired by celebrating employee talent was the highlight of the trip.

One of the purposes of the trip was to unite our employees from the many different designations and sites including our foreign colleagues. The communication flow and instructions were crucial to the success of this trip, so no detail was spared or overlooked by our organizing committee who were for responsible for safety, bay watching, training and entertainment.

Our emphasis is always on making our employees feeling valued, contented, healthy and motivated thus enabling them to do their jobs to the best of their ability. Employee wellness related activities help us to increase our productivity and allow us to give something back to the very people who help our business to grow and prosper.
